India holds a special significance for us. It is not just another location but a strategic choice driven by its established IT ecosystem, highly skilled workforce, and favorable geographical positioning. This new base in Pune will enhance our collaboration with clients in the Asia-Pacific region, allowing us to align project timelines more effectively. In addition, several of our dedicated Romanian specialists, including Cătălin Dobre, will be directly involved in projects in India, ensuring that our hallmark European quality standards are maintained while opening new avenues for international development.

Our Team and Future Growth

Our new Pune office will be home to approximately 150 experts specializing in areas such as embedded systems and data & AI. We are also proud to offer around 100 internship positions annually for students and recent graduates, a program we plan to expand further as our global partnerships grow. In India, we intend to collaborate with 2-3 leading technical universities, complementing our existing relationships with institutions across Europe and the US, to nurture the next generation of technology specialists.
